How ArrivalRoute earns money
ArrivalRoute does not charge travellers for using the route planner. When a recommendation includes a link to a commercial partner, that link is labelled as an affiliate link and may earn us a commission if a booking is completed.
The recommendation comes first
The planner ranks transport options from the arrival details you enter: time, party size, luggage, stay and trip plans. A partner commission does not change the fit score or suppress a coach or taxi recommendation when that is the better option.
Prices and bookings
Partner prices are checked on the partner’s website. ArrivalRoute labels estimates and operator “from” fares as reference information; it does not promise live availability or a final booking price.
What an affiliate link means
An affiliate link opens the partner’s website. The booking, payment, cancellation terms and customer service are handled by that partner. Any commission is paid by the partner and should not increase the traveller’s price.
